Hi,
I determined my Pioneer dvr-112d is defective. Purchased 12/06, FW: 1.06

I always get a write error when burning onto CDR media. I swapped it out with my old NEC 3550 drive and NEC drive burnt it fine without issue.

SO, I googled pioneer and am unable to find a phone# to call in a replacement under 1 YR warranty. I puchased it from shop4tech originally but is out of 30-day replacement.

Any contact info for pioneer would be appreciated!
