Keep getting Vista: 800A0046. Permission denied. VBScript runtime error

Script: C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs
Line: 291
Char: 5
Error: Permission denied
Code: 800A0046
Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
I even try right click and run as administrator still no go
Also for some reason when I open properties of "Computer" I can't see my system spec anymore

Any ideas? Thank

Are you sure you ran the cmd as admin (by right clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator"), rather than just running the cmd with and admin account?

What exactly are you trying to do? Perhaps try to do it in Safe Mode...

If it is a fresh install try to load a restore point (or reinstall) and use the TimerLockSetup -automated- crack before installing any vista update. May check that you have full privileges on both cmd.exe and the vbs script file... dunno.
