|
 |
Hi.
I´ve burned Nba Street 2 and Fight Night 2004 yesterday. And not one of them is running properly.
I´m putting in the disc, waits for a moment, then the Evo X dashboard shows , then a "Loading-screen" comes. But after that it is nothing, its freezez at the loading-screen.
I´m using Verbatim Dvd-rs , and it havent been any problem with other games using the verbatim.
Any thaughts about what it might be ?
Thanks / Dennis.

Well, could be many things, but when i get this happening it usually means that the game is "unsigned" ie the default.xbe is not patched to retail. Some older modchips like mine do not run non-retail, and freeze at the evo-x loading screen.

Most likely the date is way off. Set it to 2004 and you should be right.

Flukesky, can you explain a bit more what is enigmah videomode switchdisk? I have this old mod, and I've got freezes too on some games...
Or maybe someone can explain me how to get the right default.xbe?
A friend of mine found a default.xbe for Juiced, the problem was the same, this game wasn't runnig on old chips. This other default.xbe made it run perfectly...
Now, the problem is for Star Wars Battlefront...
Someone can help?
