Quote: | GODS: Lands of Infinity Special Edition is a blend of adventure and action in a turn-based
setting. There is an array of missions and NPCs that players can add to their team.
Players must fight, gain experience, level and acquire new skills. The game is played out in
the first-person perspective, until gamers enter a battle encounter, at which point the
game goes into third-person turn-based battle.

Protection: serial?
Multilanguage: probably not
Review: Gamezone,
Screenshots: Gamespot IGN
Apparently this game was released like a year ago on some parts of this planet,
but only came out in the US a few days ago. It's only 20$ and seems to be decent,
but nothing great.
First template ever btw, I hope it's ok.

heh yeah, apparently she's a model or something and they made her the main character.
I guess they also had her voice herself, which would explain why her voice acting sucks ass!

Just out of interest does anyone know why so many places now put the date in that ridiculous backwards format? I know Euro and US differs by the day and month (ie: 22/07 - or 07/22 but what knobhead started putting the year first? )

you either go from largest to smallest or from smallest to largest. Anything else doesnt make sense. But some people still use fahrenheit and pounds as measures, so i wont say more on stupidity and metrics / scaling =)

MM/DD/YYYY makes perfect sense, otherwise people wouldn't refer to today's date (for example) as "July 22, 2007." And there are fewer months than days, so isn't that really going from smallest to largest anyway? (I know you meant "least significant to most significant," but both arguments work.)
That said, the ISO standard (YYYY/MM/DD) works the best in an international setting by reducing confusion as much as possible, which makes sense because it's an international standard.

For me DD/MM/YYYY makes most sense
Cause in swedish we dont say "July 22, 2007" we say "22 July, 2007".
It's all about what you're used to seeing that makes the most sense to you.

well, what i meant is, that the order should depend on the inter-dependencies (causality of change). One full cycle through the days makes the month add 1, one full cycle through the months makes the year add 1, so either you go from it slowest to fastest, or fastest to slowest. And just because you are used to say July 22 doesnt mean, it should have consequences for a date-standard, because what about the "4th of july" then?

Well, unlike you Europeans, we Americans (who also invented democracy, freedom, and Chuck Norris, I'll have you know) can speak both ways. (USA! USA!)
Reg67 wrote: | lets say you see a date : 2007/12/11
Now is that the 11th December 2007 or the 12th November 2007? |
It's December 11, because using it the other way would make the least sense, breaking both common rules of thumb for date notation. No one uses it the other way.
Also, only the ISO way allows you to put the time together with the date and have everything be in decreasing order of significance (YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss).

You didn't invent it, but you certainly destroyed it (amongst yourselves anyway).
