As you can see in the picture I have these weird anomalies showing up when i load a pic in to PS CS3. Its like the graphics is missing or is not refreshing. I have to minimize PS and then maximize and its ok. But the task bar still looks weird after I close PS, I have to drag a window over it for it to refresh...Any ideas....maybe Driver, using the latest NV Driver for 8800GTX 32 VISTA. Never had this before. Oh and I did a new installation of PS like some days ago.

I would say it looks like a driver issue your having. If you go into Vista's Services and stop the service named "Desktop Window Manager" and relaunch CS3 - does the problem still show?

Tell me when your anomalies start to appear does your computer kind of freeze up. And is trustedinstaller.exe eating your cpu for lunch ?

Thanks guys for all the input. I am using a Nvidia .dds plugin. I suspect it has something to do with that. I have been searching a bit about any problems using that onilne, but so far nada.

http://developer.nvidia.com/object/photoshop_dds_plugins.html

I need this for modding and stuff, and it works great in terms of doing the job. But I really suspect this is the culprit.
