Ordered this this morning. What im worried about is that the PCi slot on the mobo says it accepts x16, but im not sure if the chipset will be able to use all 16 lanes? If the 8800 gts is not able to be used to its full potential then i have wasted my money right?
Can anyone confirm that the BFG will be able to perform well in this mobo..
I love the gigabyte stated above. It's the best board price/quality with excelent features and overclocking potential..and it really is equally to the P5K in terms of performance. But if you want to have a board for the future go for the P5k that has the newer chipset (P35) and supports memory to 1066 and FSB to 1333 for newer cpu's..and of course that everyone knows about the fame of the ASUS brand in terms of quality and features.
