anyway, if you type some terms in Google (like warez, scene movie release or smth), then you can see some sentence at the bottom of page:
"In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org."

Well if google is based in the states then it's not like they really have a choice. The government involved with anything related to piracy are a bunch of brainwashed pricks, so if anything they would have sued google for something along the lines of distributing warez sites to people through a simple search. |

Google has to power to stand up to them... They fold in such cases anyway. They only pursue cases that are guaranteed wins (poor people, 100% guilty ones with dumb lawyers, etc).
