Quote:
It has come to our attention that Revive Entertainment is bringing the original Amiga RPG classic 'Amberstar' into a brand new generation with a new remake. Originally released back in 1992 for a multitude of platforms, Amberstar was the first installment in Thalion Software's never-finished Amber Trilogy, a role-playing video game franchise set in the fictional world of Lyramion

Systems : PC?
Release : DEC 2015

Wasn't there a topic about this or was that about Realms of Arkania, which didn't exactly work out too well?

Own this on GoG (I think.) along with a number of other older games, was too young back when they were first released but I've picked up a little collection now of older games. Very Happy

EDIT: That must have been Realms of Arkania, shame development didn't exactly go as planned with that project.

Nice news. But i fear this will turn out like Realms of Arkania did Sad

The graphic style on the above screenshot also doesn't seem to fit to this game

There was an Ambermoon Amiga installable package, but not this one

So far in my opinion I'm less than impressed with the screenshots, it doesn't look anything like an Amberstar remake
