for sitting on stairs ! Very Happy trespass (sp?) usually we see police if its coming and we get off the stairs but noone was looking this time Sad

frigging lame!!!!!!! been living in US for 5 years now and its my first one! GRRRRRRR!!!!
got it last week and i just turned in 18 2 days ago!!!!!!and going to Poland on monday too...

well, it was closed today but atleast i know where is it/how to get there Razz
guess will have to go b4 my plane to Poland on monday Very Happy

i guess it will be probably no more then 25$

here in NYC, you get 100-150$ for urinating in public and they say you could go to police station and urinate there...

I almost got fined for drinking in public, except the girls we were with managed to persuade the copper to let us off. I bet girls get away with loads of shit by doing that.

I was once hit by a policeman, i complained and that sucker had to apologize to me, hahaha.

You can get that here too, but mostly the police take it from you and emtpy it and throw the bottle in the nearest trashcan.

Ya, it is called loitering. They charge you for loitering because that is how the the street dealers make their money. They loiter in doorways and stairs.
