I've got windows xp sp2 and internet through ppoe(or something like that) and 2 users on this computer
what do I have to do to make the other user not have internet?

the other user is my brother and he knows how to put the cable back, smart guy he is Laughing

now seriously does anyone know how to disable the internet access for the other user?

If it's PPoE set up in windows and not in a router make sure you know the settings of the connection, username, password, etc.
Make a new PPoE connection, and make sure you select the "only for this user" or don't select "use this account for everyone", I'm not sure which one is used for PPoE. Then delete the common account.
