I'm noticing I sometimes seem to get voiced in #nforce.
Is there any reason for it? Just wondering.

it's a 'privilage', it means if the room was moderated into a state where non-privilaged members couldn't be seen speaking (silencing them) - you can, as can ops etc...
Regulars usually get voiced, either automatically or by operators, which is what I htink is happening.

I know what it is - it's just the bot voices me when I enter. Just wondered why.

Well, probably, at least as I remember from my time in IRC - most bots I noticed auto-voiced everyone who came in a channel. Either that's happening or you've been added to it's list, presumably by someone else considering you don't know why it's doing it

There's only like a couple of others voiced. Might be because I have an nforce bnc.

It only works if the hostname doesn't resolve, so you have to be on the IP.

Hmmm, is it really good to have a bnc service on nforce? Wouldn't the line get overloaded if a ddos happens? but you guys may have separated the bnc server and the nforce webserver.
