bahahaha thats 1 unlucky mofo. tbh they cant get the money back , if they did people will find a way not to pay for goods and this will be seen as bias. if i was the judge id let him keep the reamining money and teach them an expensive lesson. id also try to give the money back (the other 250,000) because they illegally wired his account.
