a nuked release is a release that's not released as the rules for releases of that kind (games, divx, svcd, ...) prescribe OR a release that is not allowed on the F-T-P.
So if you would download it, and you would try it, the release wouldn't work as it should or not work at all.

^^^what he said but since you seem new you might still be confused.....in noobie language......nuked means their is something wrong with it
for a movie it could be out of sync..........parts of the movie could be missing ect.....
pretty much nuked means DO NOT get it.Although some things get nuked and are very watchable so you have to see for yourself really and find out what's actually wrong with it

But who does the actual 'nuking'?
Who are those people, that make the decisions?

ehm, hope that helps, I might be wrong also, just my best guess. |
Sorry, you are wrong.
Every grp have to pre their releases on sites. And sites have users wich are able to nuke the release, if somethings wrong with it (means its against the rules).
And nukes also have other implications, wich dont effect normal ppl
So NForce does not nuke anything.
kenny64:
I would advice you to check the nuke reason, because some nuke reasons are lame and the release still works. Because every site has own rules, releases can sometimes be nuked only on one site because it is againts the rules of one site. In this case, the release still works.
