Ive got a Radeon Sapphire 9250 agp
This problem has only just happened in the last 3 days at most.
The graphics seem to shake a little constantly, kinda like the card not focusing properly or something? Ive tried reinstalling newer drivers changing refresh rates and resolutions to no success.
Then in the last day ive gotten a VPU recovery error.. But everything that ive searched is more to do with running games causing the problem due to overheating. The system is stable apart from this.
This morning i got the VPU error about 3 times in 10 minutes just web browsing like this site and hotmail.
Is the video card just becoming faulty or is it something else just playing up?
Im running on onboard gfx atm. Wondering if i should just use these or can the other video card b fixed

Card if probably crapping out on you. I had the visiontek of that card. Quite old and im surprised it's still in use lol. I'd just go out and get another one or something. Have you tried taking off the heatsink and seeing if the thermal compound needs to be reapplied?
Havent tried taking off the heatsink purely coz if its screwed no amount of compound is gunna fix it specially coz its not very hot either so maybe its just burnt itself out. ill use onbaord for a day or so and plug it back in or try a new one from work. thats the only up with working at a computer store. if u have pc probs u can take half the store home with u to get it fixed

I doubt this is it but sometimes graphics shake/look weird when the refresh rate isn't proper. It may be supported but not ideal. Although from your response in Steve-O's thread I am sure you know how to set the refresh rate proper.
