hi,
does anyone here knows why my Pc restarted when closing IE7 window ?? strange i must say !!

use ff, opera or maxthon instead

Restarts how? Does it show a BSOD or just restarts? BSOD would lean towards hardware issues, while 'just' a restart would lean towards "virus?spyware?"

And yeah, like FF and Opera are bug-free and virus/malware safe... Rolling Eyes Especially Opera... Laughing

first of all thanks for the replies.

yes pc just restarted without any warnings ,all i did is closed one IE7 window (had 3 open) . i will do virus scan now & if this happens again then i will do a system restore & to delete the last microcrap updates i downloaded which was 2 or 3 days a go.

ehmm never had any problems with opera virus or buggzzzz Rolling Eyes

i hate ff tho

firefox is the main 1 i use allthough i did try opera which was faster but kepy with firefox Smile
maxthon might try that never heard of it.

maxthon is based on ie only it's independent from a system and can be closed,minimized to tray, plus it has some extra features ie doesn't have
altho i stil prefer opera, simple and fast

One thing I hate about Opera is every time I click the middle mouse, my cursor goes to the middle of the screen... Sad Anyway to remove that?
