I work in a PC shop and usually for repairs we use various apps for diagnostics, mostly free or free ones that *ahem* shouldnt be free but today I got a call from a company called Micro2000 clearly wanting me to purchase their products. I have to say it sounded and looks pretty good but the guy was a salesman so I guess he had to make it sound good lol.

Any PC technicians out there use this or can comment on it?

www.micro2000.co.uk

If not what would you recommend for hardware diagonistics software?

lol that is for professional use and someone told me it costs about £300. if your pc is acting up run hijackthis through it and analyze the log. unless the issue is hardware related. acting up could mean a lot of things! lol.

tell them the program sucks. That if you want to buy it the price should be lowered with 100 quid at least. See how they respond. If they agree the software is crap, if they dont want anything off the price it might be something Razz

PC: Yes. Console: No.

Get a trial, then complain about the price?

And if there is no trial available?

So no one has tried it or heard of it or knows anything of it?

I've never heard of a software company not giving out trials when you ask for one.

When the pushy salesguy calls again ask for it.
