I remember reading that you shouldn't use them with XP. They cause more grief than they solve.

Last time I ran a memory defrag - windows would not boot. Not only that, but it corrupted my 300GB harddrive. It was not recongnizeable anymore. I lost everything. Only time in history I could not salvage a drive. Dont do it!
