Remove "Previous Version of Windows" in VISTA

OK so I finally got VISTA up and running. Now its just one thing that annoys me, when booting up I get the choice to start "Previous Version of Windows" or "VISTA" how does one remove the "Previous Version of Windows". I know its no bigy but still...

Well that's the thing. I thought I formatted the drive before installing VISTA...but there it is...Now, if I still have XP on that drive....how to remove it in a clean way?

Use easyBCD to edit vista's boot loader.

No, boot.ini is old news by now... Vista is using completely different boot manager.
