well as if that wasn't at ALL fake.
my buddy of mine got a call once... "my coffee holder doesn't want to come out anymore"
....Im sure you all could assume what he was talking about..
case 2: my buddies friend
dude: Ya my monitor isn't displayinganything
friend: can you check the back of the computer to make sure it's plugged in
dude: It's too dark in here to see anything
friend: can you turn the light on so you can see
dude: Can't, were in a blackout
Well...his friend got fired cause he told the guy to pack up his computer and send it back cause he shouldnt be near one.

all those are true, but not you're friends , thats from a email that went around about true call centre calls
