Hi,
My user name has been corrupted, so I lost al my fucking save games, some games I can copy the save game from corrupted profile to my new profile, but most games I can't, all the games that took me ages to get too are the ones I can't transfer and the games I hardly play are the ones I can transfer ... fucking typical ..
Has anybody else heard of this problem before ? I live in Thailand so my 360 gets very hot sometimes, any other way of getting my save games back ???? |

Well it happened to me last week, same thing, corupted user profile.
Thought also I had lost all my saves and achievements and plus couldn`t access xbox live in the same process.
After bitching and complaining, I decided to delete my corrupted profile in the memory section of the dashboard and retrieve my gamer tag on live.
At my suprise when I chose delete profile, it gave me a choice between deleting the whole thing or delete it but keep saved games and achievements witch I did.
After that I just recovered my gamer tag via the option on live and voila!!
Everything back to normal as it was before this whole story.
I got to give props to Microsoft for giving these options and beeing able to recover everything and fast too.
So thats how I did it!!
