Hello,
I tried to install an ATI AMD x1650 AGP PRO on my Intel D850GB motherboard. Everytime I turn my PC on, I get an error message that says "System Halt" during the BIOS boot process and the it hangs. When I change the AGP card back to my old ASUS GeForce3 card, everythong works fine and I am able to boot in to Windows XP Pro. Can someone please to mske the ATI AMD x1650 AGP PRO run on my PC?

Perhaps you've forgotten to plug a power cable into the GPU? Some require it...

No. I have followed the instructions carefully. I did notice that the connectors were a bit different on both cards but they both fit perfectly in the AGP slot.
