I bought that Tuniq 120 CPU cooler... dambned thing scares me to death though...
I got the EVGA motherboard and I read some people saying that you need to bu rubber washers and install them to make sure the cooler's back plate doesnt short out your mother board... ? Anyone (Leonation, I know you have it with the same mobo I am getting) know what the hell they are talking about or are they full of crap?
I have been trying to scour the internet for some kind of walk through on installing it... maybe I am making more out of it than I need to. But the sheer size of the thing (as people describe it) really has me on edge.
I bought the thermaltake black armor full tower with the big fan in the side, I am hoping that doesn't interfere with that monsterous cooler.
Sigh.

That case has no chance in hell interfering with that heatsink don't worry, I believe the backplate comes with a pad that sits underneath it, it's not backplate to mobo contact, it's backplate to pad to mobo.

Really?
I hope so. I just found a customer comment on the case saying if you want to install a Tuniq cooler, you can't close the side door due to the side fan without modifying the case. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Yeah the case looks like it would be a great case... especially the air flow. But, I am just hoping that Tuniq Tower 120 fits in it without me having to do something with the side fan.
I couldve gotten the same case without the side fan... but really wanted the extra air.
