i have the following problem:
when i start windows normally and want to run supcom, i get the hourglass cursor for some seconds, but then nothing happens. and if i look into the taskmanager, there is the supremecommander.exe running. but like i said, nothing happens besides the hourglass cursor for some seconds.
so i tried to run windows in safe mode, and voila, supcom starts ..
i thought it might have something to do with the windows services running, but dont know.

my system specs:
radeon x1900xt
athlon x2 3800+
x-fi xtreme music
dfi lanparty ultra-d motherboard

everything has newest drivers and all other games work without problems.

What windows do you have XP or 2000?

because you need some kinda special "patch" to run the game on windows 2000

oops forgot to write that. im using win xp and i also tried to run supcom in compatibility mode, but didnt work Sad

Maybe antivirus/firewall related. A lot of games lately have problems with that. (see trackmania united) Try disabling everything and see if it helps.

I have the same problem. I use XP and disable firewalls/antivirus. The problem persists and does not appears not as procces Confused
