My problems are these:
From time to time the sound drops out i.e. Tommy gun sounds choppy or I cannot hear a particular sound e.g. while opening the door..
The second problem is that sometimes the graphics completely breaks down so that I can see nothing..
I had massive graphical corruptions all the time (invisible models, walls etc.), it was completely unplayable. It was because I had The Suffering 2 installed one time. I uninstalled all Suffering games, deleted all registry keys related to Suffering, Riot Engine and Surreal, reinstalled The Suffering and it worked fine. Not sure if this will help you since you said you only have problems with the graphics sometimes.
