I totally forgot that I can't request things, my bad...Rolling Eyes
The thing is I didn't want to request, just ask is there such thing 'cause I know that some notebooks have their special Win XP (ex. Dell and stuff). Is it possible to get it somewhere in the www (not asking where!, just yes or no!), or do I have to buy it in the local store?

you purchased your notebook 50-100 bucks cheaper coz it had free Linux pre-installed on it. and those 50-100 bucks is that Windows copy that you won't get for free.

The windows itself isn't different. Just download all the dashboard software from the dell site (or toshiba or acer or whatever)
