Am I missing something that doesn't allow you to just go into Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and remove it? I assume I am. You could always try a restoring from a "Restore Point" if you are unable to uninstall the program, you can read about restoring your computer from a restore point >> here <<.

You can remove it with PestPatrol (googled it, and it seems they detect it)
Wich programs have you tried?
AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 seems very good also.

No reason to format.....
But you're infected cause you are using Internet Explorer without updates. You can better switch to another browser or try ie7.

Dude, those things are almost impossible to remove. You delete it, and pops somewhere else on the disk. Now, has anyone mentioned all cleaning should be done in Safe Mode, so that the program you're trying to remove is not working? Try that... If it doesn't help, say bye bye to Windows, and reinstall it.
