My brother seems to think it might be possible to play WoW with 2 characters from different accounts on the same pc. Im quite sure its not but he said he knows someone who has. How can you be logged in with more than one account with one installation of the game on the same pc?

I dont think you can!
Ya some games that have window capabilities can run more than one instance. You could prob do it with guild wars as well if they didnt have that "this account is already in use" error n what not. But ya just put the game into window mode move it to the other monitor then run the game again. I know some people who run games like this and farm on one screen and play on the other.
