If the game is well made should it then matter if its a rip off?
As long as it plays well. As long as it's well made. That's what should matter.
You want a new style of gameplay, new stuff, new everything go play a wii. Anything on the wii actually. Even the rare good games. 
This game doesn't look that bad. Doesn't look like a ps3 title tho. But it doesn't look awful.
I'd play it if i had a ps3 and i wouldn't complain about the copied gameplay mechanics.

I agree with Waldo and not every game can be unique and different but Splintercell in a Blade setting is a cool idea I think! Im pretty sure its due on the Xbox 360 also as I seem to remember seeing this on one of my coverdiscs.

if they shamelessly steal ideas from other games, I don't think they will make any effort into making a good game. I don't mind similar ideas, settings,ect.. but this game clearly is a MG, SC, Blade rip off.
There is another trailer for X360 around somewhere, so it might be a multiplatform games. And yes, the graphic is far from next-gen, it's more like a ps2 games.

What about Warcraft? Blizzard ripped off Westwood's Dune 2 there and made a new universe based off Tolkien lore, everything is based on something else or inspired by it, seeking perfection and 100% originality at all times will leave you with nothing as thats simply impossible, we have to evolve and start with something then build upon that. |

Im quite sick of hearing THAT shameless under thought comment about games. If you haven't realized any game from the past is the inspiration of now. How many games copied CnC, WarCraft, Doom/Duke3d, Diablo or any other earlier title. Whats to say that SC didnt rip off MGS? Mabye it did but it was well done now wasn't it. And with a comment like that..no new games would come out cause any game that comes out as I said is taking inspiration from another.

Jebus, those graphics are fucking disgusting! For a next gen game that is completely unacceptable, it's like what you would expect off the PSP.

looks ok to me but the GFX its more like a ps2 game and not a ps3 or xbox360 , or the graphic artists in this studio are making a conversion / a port from a new PS2 game for other platforms |

Played some more of it.. its more stealth oriented than I thought. Unforgiving stealth too! If you get spotted its pretty much game over as the vampires are so much faster and stronger. Its not like you can go all Metal Gear and hide either. One hit takes your health to the amount of health in that screenshot above.

Not trying to start shti with you, I simply just want an opinion but why do you have your heart set on every game having to look next gen, the more time they spend on gfx the less time they spend on gameplay and features. And its been proven with just about every game except those companies that don't suck. Again this isn't flaming or starting crap. |

What games would those be? Sincere question; i'm not actually sure what games you're referring to.

Well FEAR was all good but got boring quick especially the expansion, Oblivion but combat was as dull as a butter knife, Advanced Warfighter was a smack to the face, Gothic III, Doom III but that's not really recent, I'll have to look through some other games.

And yes it does feel like a watered down version of all those games so far. AQ Interactive just aren't talented as the Capcoms and Konamis out there. It looks alright but Splinter Cell and stuff look so much better. The voice acting isn't 'RE1 bad' but its not in sync with the character's lips at all. I monkeyed around Sam Fisher lawsuit style completing tutorial type stages for about 30 mins so far and I haven't killed anything yet! On the plus side it plays fully in English with the 360 set to that locale.
