Yes I know shadows ARE the killer of FPS in games but I'd figure running this game on max on my system would be a breeze. AMD X2 4400+ 2x1024 OCZ Performance DDR PC3200 eVga 7900GS KO WD 3gigs SATA (full defragged) Is there anything I missed that I should be able to run this game flawless? It works fine and dandy with low shadows or even medium but damn.

This game got some serious performance issues. I saw it run sluggish on high end systems, so im not surprised that it's sluggish even on yours. Might be a bug of some sort or maybe it's just incompatible to some part of your rig, since otherwise alot more people would be complaining. Sorry I cant really solve this problem, but u might wanna look for a patch if there is one. Another possibility is that the fault is in the crack, which means theres not gonna be a patch adressing the issue (at least not an official one). Try running it with the original files using a mini-image and look if theres any difference.

actually found out was just the first level cause of it being outside and all that extra BS going on, it's running decent now.

later on, there are some more open areas, like the snow region- prepare yourself for some major slowdown there Wink
