A great way to dick off at work and play something when you're really bored.
I've been working a lot of overtime and stuff lately, so I've been on here a lot just trying to keep awake.
www.duels.com/phluxed is me
BRING ON THE CHALLENGE
Also, it's pretty silly, but it is pretty addicting ;D

Oh noes... it's taking over the world now... first appeared here i Russia in ~2002. Hysteria reached some unknown heights with people selling stuff for up to $20k on local ebay-like auctions.
Now there are about a dozen clones - film and book themed etc.

I know... I don't even know why, its such a grind fest atm.. I'm curious what they'll do with tournaments.

Goto the loadout section to equip armor and make sure the item isn't above your maximum power.
Glad to see the community is growing with some nforcers.. When a guild is available, we should definately make one.
They're working pretty hard to improve the quality of their site and working on balancing issues as well. Tournaments will supposedly offer cash or real life things rewards!
Some cool stuff for some persistent fun

Right now, very little. You're basically working to level up a duelist to enter tournaments later on.

Cool. Very unbalanced tho. All you need to do is dual some nice weapons, and put everything else on stamina, then its GG.

They've stated theyre working on balance as of early this coming week. Performance was paramount, but the people who stacked stamina are completely fucked. They are going to have to pay the $10 to respec attributes.
I've been playing assuming I'll be a normal duelist that doesn't use the unbalanced or exploits to be successful and while I am in the top 15 or so of the few thousand playing, I do have a fair amount of losses (though i have about 400 more wins than losses) and I'm hoping when the balance changes are released, I'm just as dangerous, but without competition that is completely imbalanced.
Only time will tell, but for now it's tonnes of fun.
Server downtime in 30 mins btw

I like how you can accept and reject challenges. I was huge into Battlewang and was a drag you wake up in the morning to find out you lost 2 matches.

He's one of the stamina kiddies. Damage + Headbutt destroys him. Wait for me to get maxed out charge. GG.

What the hell, do they not say what each attribute does? Every game uses an attribute for something else.

They do. Look under game guide, they have a nice, concise summary.

What are the best mods for COH at the mo. I have tried "Enhanced Combat" but I keep getting crashes all the time. And I can't seem to find any site that lists that "This mod is for patch 1.71" etc. Dling the "commando mod" at the mo...will see how that goes.
If some one would recommend a good mod please link it. Cheers!

Quest: Fuel the Fire
Thank you for coming to see me this last time. I know you've chosen your Path and you have a new guide. I often look at the Book of Champions to see how my former students have fared. You can get lost in past accomplishments though. Enough of an old man's melancholy...I need new students to train. It keeps this old warrior moving forward. And this need of mine can help you as well.
We haven't spoken much about the proud military traditions from which the city of Phyrra arose. I'll let you learn that on your own as I'm no historian. To the point, these traditions continue and you can earn badges from the Phyrran elite. I want you to earn one badge in particular. The Arena is not a gentle master and new recruits are always needed to maintain the sport. The Badge of Leadership is awarded for bringing new fighters into the fold. Do it for the recruits, do it for me or do it for the glory.
Objectives
1. Learn about badges.
2. Earn the Bronze Badge of Leadership.
