That's for everyone out there that likes the Magic card game: it's a freeware software that let's you build decks and play in tournaments against pc controlled opponents.
It has limitations ("only" about 3500 cards, an ai not very challenging) but in my opinion it's a nice way of playing the card game on the pc.
Yes of course Magic Online it's way better in many aspects, but you have to pay for it quite a bit of money as you play.

The game is in native english language, the site is in italian, if you wanna try it (if you like Magic you really should !!!) and have problems msg me.

Byezzz

Happy you like it.
Yes i think too it's a great work.
I'm not a friend of the author or similar, but i'm always happy to promote softwares like this one, thinking than that's freeware and comparing it to many crappy similar commercial games out there ...

BTW do u play Magic in the "real" world too ?

Nope. I quit many moons ago, around the time that Ice Age came out. It's too expensive of a hobby and I don't know anyone who plays anymore. Since then, so many new cards and new abilities have come out I don't even know where to start building a deck. I'm glad it comes with so many pre-built decks.

I too have stopped playing it over 5 years ago, i played regularly only up to the Dark expansion about 10 years ago if i remember correctly ... wowowo how much however i miss those never ending nights on a small table with us four nerds friends inside clouds of smoke jumping up from the chair whenever we started the first hand with something like ... swamp - black mox - sol ring - dark ritual - juzam djinn ...
Unfortunately as you say without taking in consideration the considerable amount of time needed to be at some nice level, it was even expensive, and with that number of expansions it shortly became too much expensive !
I was thinking about trying Magic Online but it's rather costly too if you want to construct a nice deck an do competitions !
Then i stumbled upon this great software and i'm having quite a bit of fun, it misses however a network support, it would be nice !!! Train yourself friend because if it will be added i will gladly ask you to make some matches Smile
