The game game crashes to desktop when i try to run it, after or during introduction animatiions before I reach the menu. I don't know why. What can be done to solve that problem?

What additinal info do you need? I have following configuration:
AMD athlon 64 X2 3600+ dual core
DDR2 2GB
nVidia 7600GT 256MB DDR

Amazing! I have the same problem with Tomb Raider: Legend. Patch 1.2 doesn't helps!

I have Win Xp Sp2.
What codec pack should I download?

When u start the game press Ctrl+alt+del, find Prince process, right click, set affinity and disable cpu 1
