hi all any1 know how i can set my vlc player as the default media player in windows ie streams ,clips etc thx

If you have one of the latest versions of VLC reinstall it and during the installation select all the associations with video files you would like to play with the prog. Make sure as well that other players on your pc don't retake the association(s). Formerly known as iconized

or right click on movie file, go to properties, go to 'opens with', select vlc asus z170-A \|\| core i5-6600K \|\| geforce gtx 970 4gb \|\| 16gb ddr4 ram \|\| win10 \|\| 1080p led samsung 27"
