I was wondering If I could use something like a 26" LCD to replace my current CRT monitor, I would be using the screen mostly for gaming (PC/360) However I would also like to use it as a standalone monitor for the PC, For web browsing etc..

The problem I'm having is that these screens are 1366 X 768, And its not really a standard Windows resolution... So if anyone knows more about this than I do.. Then let me know. Smile

That resolution sounds fine, you may find it'll stretch it 6 pixels longer on the X axis, as the resolution Windows will use would be 1360 x 768 (or 1440 x 900) which is 16:10. You'll be able to use your 26" LCD for Windows just fine, and also for gaming, although you'll find some games don't support Widescreen so you'd end up playing them at 1280x1024 anyway, but they are more and more uncommon these days and it doesn't look *that* bad.
