Im doing a stop-motion movie in Premiere, for a commercial..
So I have about 250 images, needs to be fitted within 20 seconds.
When I import the images and then place them in the timeline, they´re 6 seconds long each, wich is way too much ofcourse. I can set the time for each image individually, but that would take forever if i have to do it for each image.
So how do I do to fit them all into 20 seconds?

see to the settings of the image sequence for speed/lenght adjustment
premiere is awful for anything that isn't readily digested footage
if you can't find any other way, get virtualdub, load the image sequence and save it to an avi with the proper framerates

That option resides in:

Edit->Preferences->General - Still Image Default Duration ___ Frames.
