I wonder if anyone can tell me the name of this song/group, i took a picture from the ukranian station Enter. I tried emailing them but no answer

Can you help me with a name that i can google or whatever, "BECHA" doesn't really work.

got the name translated by an ukranian girl, Dolphin - Spring .mp3, or something like that, used babelfish to translate from english to russian and then c/p "Дельфин - Весна" into google.

Nice song, kind of Moby-ish imo.
