what does it exactly mean by games that are region locked?
I will be getting a PAL system, so i assume that i will have to play PAL game backups
Are all the PAL xbox 360 nfos that are on nforce have no region lock?
Someone told me you You can only play PAL backups and backups that have no region lock (like the asian copy of gears of war)
So no region lock, what you mean, i thought all PAL games have no region lock?

Region lock is basically what it says on the tin, it's locked to a particular region. PAL games will not play on a NTSC system, likewise NTSC games will not play on a PAL system. However some games, even though they may be NTSC are in fact "Region Free" and therefore play on PAL systems too. It's the same with films, if you bought a movie from a different country (such as if you're from the UK and bought a movie from America) you might have issues playing it if it's not "Region Free" (although the availablity of region free DVD players is quite large, but just using the example for a better explanation).
