OK i have a customers pc and shes wanting to export from outlook express to outlook.
I can use the import mail and addresses no worries. But with one problem..
I dont have a pic so ill be as descriptive as i can.
OK what the customer has done is made subfolders within the wab file so when she needs to send mass emails to someone all she has to do is select a folder and shes done. it sends to everyone.
The problem is with the import into outlook, it doesnt import Staff or Suppliers at all...
ALSO, if i try to export any of the folders to a file, it only takes the contacts in the main identity folder and thats all. it doesnt touch the subfolders, Is there anyway around this? Or do i tell the customer its just impossible?
