I have to share the cable network with my brother and hes a real dipshit and refuses to stop his uploading spree which basically turns our connection into a 56k...hell sometimes it goes alot slower then that and I cant take it anymore.
I need a program I can either use over the network or stick on his computer and he wont see it or know its there but I can either shut down programs or throttle his bandwith.
I've tried some programs with no luck, netlimiter keeps popping up on his screen even when I tell it to stay hidden so he deletes that, and I tried one called net control but that program was like in beta stage and always had major issues with connecting and even working. I can shut off ports through the router but thats the only access I have through there and I need something less direct, anyone know of any programs out there that would help me?
find a another net limiter progii , or install Kasperski anti-hacker as a firewall and block his proggii from getting to the net /or use your firewall if you have one installed/ , or block your brother with passwords /bios + profile/ ...
