Dnevnoy dozor - 2006 (Daywatch)
Master piece, artistically brilliant. Shows that a good script is the most important thing of a movie.

Yep, agreed.
Saw it in the cinema and watched it today with a friend. The movie is so strong.

Cars is good, charming etc. but not... well... deep enough and lacks originality so much it becomes irritating. Come on, we've seen that story about 100 times already.
Over the Hedge - yeah, definitely. Just for the scene when RJ explains how humans worship food and how many ppl ride in an SUV. And the final slo-mo scene ))

I don't know why it says 2005. It was released in March 2006 in the US. I was suppose to be released in November but they had to push it back till March. So it is a 2006 movie.
My top 5 of the year so far:
V for Vendetta
Borat
Casino Royale
The Fountain
The Departed
