Well, I bought some cheap hardware yesterday; 6600GT, MSI K8N Neo4 platinum and AMD 3700+

Got this message when after i formated and copied the files, when I boot and are about to insall XP Ii get this:

0x00000050 (0xc2332b94, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

After some google i find it most likely that the RAM is the problem. What do you think?
I have no OS, so can't be software. The disk is formated.

No it's likely you got a SATA hard disk and you either installed some drivers which isn't whql or none at all, try integrating all the drivers which came on cds with your xp www.nliteos.com
