I don't know what the hell happend to my screen but suddenly it became a little blueish, and then it became really bluish.

It happened while i had about 50 tabs open in firefox, image tabs.

But now it won't go away Crying or Very sad

And whats got me really scared is that this bluish isn't just with windows, its with everything.

Is it my monitor of video card?

This is really strange.

CRT monitor? Maybe you should try degauss? i7 6700k @ 4.4 GHZ, 2060s, 16 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10x64.

I had a similar problem with a CRT monitor. Try moving the cable around leading to the monitor. It may have a break in the cable that is causing the colours to go funny.
