When I start the game I just get a black screen then need to restart. Have new nvidia drivers and latest directx. Anyone else have this problem??

that's my problem. All of the videos are running with like 1 fps and that makes the game unplayable.... I've tried compatibility, changed codecs, even drivers.. and nothing.. Sad
