Fuck! I hate cramp so much!

I woke up with it today and after leaping out of bed like it was it on fire and dancing around my room like a madman I cant straighten my leg without pain! Goddamn it! Who needs an alarm clock!? If I could trigger a time to get cramp in my leg every morning Id never be late for work again! Except for the fact that I wouldnt be able to walk too well afterwards! Sad

Maybe I need some of that.

I am getting toe cramps after 30 minutes of swimming. Fucking hurts, I have to stop. It is my little toes on each foot.

I have been taking that for a few weeks now.

I bought these exact ones from this exact shop.

Fuck magnesium, weed does a better job curing cramps.
Smoke a joint before going to bed and you won't have cramps again. (but more wet dreams)

When you finish your exercise stretch your legs and arms and then you wont have the cramps.
A hot shower might help as well.

No it has no effect whatsoever.

I know you get cramps if you get dyhydraded or if your electrolytes are off. Aparently people with more muscles get them more often, so someone told me who had a phy. ed degree.

I think streching helps too.

Depending on your skin type. Dry skin or sensitive skin showering 3 times a might be a bit much. It is fine for me and I even swim in chlorine almost everyday.

You shower 3 times a day and take a swim each day, how do you have time for something negligible like work for example? Wink

I know what I'm talking about, I had weekly cramps in the lower legs and the jaw since I was 11 years old. It plagued me for 5 years (I couldnt go to school because I wasnt able to move) then I finally started to smoke weed with 16. The cramps were gone but came back as soon as I didnt smoke for a few days. They would still come back now, but I don't let them, because I smoke 360 days/year anyway Very Happy

@ sedolf
Ok maybe it worked for you in your case but I smoke it too and it doesn’t do anything for mine. I get those toe cramps every 2nd day if I swim for more than 30 min. I have to stop and take a break and work them out. Stretch it out. I still once in a while get them in my calf too when I am sleeping. You are awake and hopping outta bed instantly. In any case I wouldn’t want to see a non smoker take up the habit because they thought it would help their. There has got to be better things out there.

360 days a year, you take a 5 days break do you? LOL

Well, for a non-smoker there is always the possibility to make cocoa or tea with honey out of it and drink it before going to sleep. My grandmother has multiple sclerosis and drinking the tea helped her a little.
But as you said, it doesn't work for everyone and there are always the alternatives of magnesium and sports/stretching. If that doesnt help, one can try out weed.

Those 5 days I dont smoke are usually days where I'm sick/ill/whatever when I can't smoke or I'm so pissed that I wont get a high. By counting, those are roughly 3-7 days a year. Razz
