Another security update, The rest of the features are crap and pointless.

Update :
I thought this was just a decryption change, However it still decrypts all the files and the reboot.bin, and the sigcheck is successful so i have no idea what they've done with this update.

now... if only theyd make a worthwhile update that allows xvid playable at any resolution, and ogg compatability, THAT would be a decent update to get excited about.
