Is it possible so that a signature for one user is only displayed in the last post by the user on one page. eg. if I post five times on one page, in one thread, only my last post would have my sig. Would clear up a lot of clutter, imo.

as said above one sig per page will be more distracting then helping. Nuke the sigs in the options for better readability and loading times. Another solution to your problem could be the implementation of a "Print thread" button. Usually openphp boards list the print-pages without the sigs as far as i have seen. So one could have best of both worlds by the press of a button www.psygamer.net ::::
