Well, the game has run flawlessly up until the current mission im on. Im on the mission where you have to defend a strategic hill for 30 minutes...cant remember the name of the level.

Anyway, it loads fine. After about a minute of play, my whole computer locks up. The screen goes black, nothing works. I have to manually reboot the computer...but i get no system failure message or anything.

I updated to version 1.20 and i still have the same problem

Anyone have any idea as to how i can fix this? Perhaps a way to skip the level?

Yup...I am getting crashes to, last level in this case. I finished the game but I would like to get the medal for ALL!!! and that's the only level I did not get a medal for so far. It keeps crashing at random. No idea what is causing it. At least I can tab out. I get the "send the blabla report to THQ"

A lot of guys with the same problem. So far no real fix except updating drivers, GRACARDS!, and what have you.
EDIT! updated my sound driver and same shit...I guess this needs a patch.

SycoShaman I don't remember having problems on that level and I have finished the single player campaign. Any chance your vid card is overheating?

I get random lockups on Scarface too. Game is buggy. It is the only game I have problems with.

If a vid card over heats it can freeze the system. Do you have a method to check the temperature while using that game ie Asus Probe?
