Odd... looking on the newsgroups, and looking in the releases, nobody has released any of the new episodes coming out for HDTV. They've updated the special effects, cleaned up the film, and transfered it to HDTV-quality video. It would be awesome to get a hold of these episodes - but you can't buy them yet, even on DVD, let alone a nice HD format.
Also, I see Hogan's Heroes has made the jump to HDTV - the other day I watched an episode where I could read the index card Sgt. Schultz was reading!! Very nice transfer!
Neither show has been released on the scene in their HDTV formats! For shame, people!
i wonder how ludicrously overpriced the hdtv release's will be... it'd probably be worth actually paying (look it up people, its in the dictionary ) for em, but knowing the studio execs, it'll no doubt be insanely expensive.
