been up since 1 writing this review for this movie for class and writing a script and trying to be cool with my friends on msn Laughing I had 4 redbulls in the course of the night. and 3 just now cause i'm leaving for school now Razz

Well, I didnt get any sleep at all...insomnia...i thought the painkillers would have put me to sleep for sure...I have a nice body buzz going on but im not tired Neutral

Ive been up for 24 hours...sucks Sad

I think you should replace pain killers with sleeping tablets. Perhaps try herbal ones. Also try this testostorone boosting supplement called 'ZMA'. dont worry it's not steriods and it doesn't really boost your test, but it has Zinc and magnesium in it which aids in getting very deep sleep/dreams.

SycoShaman .. eat oatmeal .. big ol bowls of it .. cures insomnia every time .. body is so full of heavy matter it automatically wants to sleep to digest it ..

plus food plays a very large role in sleep .. no food .. no sleep

Well i have read alot about sleeping pills and such and that it is not good for your dreams and such, and i would not take any even if they are how good as hell.

I do eat before bed tho. I never go to sleep hungry/with an empty stomach.

Water meditation .. its like a ground for your brain .. hold a large bowl of water .. just hold it .. looking @ teh surface .. calm waters .. held in your hands .. every time you feel like getting up .. tell yourself to be still like the water .. do it for about 30 min .. after you get rid of the bowl you will be able to get your mind to be still by just thinking about the bowl of water you kept still ..

Spent ages messing around Wink .. try it out.. I think it may work for you .. but oatmeal, is the one .. forces your digestive system to demand sleep ..

You know what tho? I havent been able to visualize recently. I used to meditate and magine my stress as a ball of blue energy. I'd imagine in running through my body and into my stomach where it would gather. Then i'd visualize takin the ball out of my stomach and release my stress.

I can keep my mind focused as of late. I dunno why

I visualize when I am swimming lenghts. I visualize I am doing good things for my body. I bet swimming would help you visualize and help you sleep better

na na don’t visualize it until you have already done it in the physical plane .. you have to actually get a bowl .. actually fill it with water .. actually sit with it for 30 min .. only when you can do that without loosing focus .. can you even begin to do it in your head IMO .. remember every time you feel like saying ..

vashiscodaopa (sp?) ....(fuck this for a game of soldiers) .. say to yourself .. be still like the water .. look @ it in the bowl .. actually in your hands .. not in your head !!

mind follows body .. get your body to be able to be still .. mind will follow suit ..

nowadays when my head gets all hectic .. I close my eyes & remember the night sky .. like the reflection on a great lake .. all the busyness fades away with the slow lapping of ripples on the shore ..

o forgot to say .. breath .. very important .. listen to your breathing .. like waves drawing up & breaking as you exhale ..

I deliberately did these things on the material plane when I had the opportunity .. to sit by a lake @ night .. sit by the ocean .. attuned my breath & my mind with the physical sensations I remember ..

Most visualization will only work .. once you have done it on the physical plane first .. so far as I have found .. that is Wink

Yeah, it does sound easier to visualize something you've seen or atleast have a clear image of in your head. Tho, I cant say Ive ever visualized things ive seen.
Always balls of energy or waves of energy or colours etc

I hear you .. much of the stuff I heard as a kid was like that .. I tried to adapt them into a format that actually works for me .. I’m pretty simple minded .. need practical things I can actually touch in order to gain a clear image ..
