Man I have no idea where to post this, honestly. Since it deals mostly with consoles, I'll post here 
Ok so I have my PS2 hooked up through my PC using a tv tuner/capture card. No problems, can play games using either Dscaler of Virtualdub, looks great.
Then I try to use a streaming app like FME (flash media encoder) for a ustream or mogulus stream and its looks like ass. Oh the picture quality in the stream is fine, but I get a tiny little window I'm supposed to play the game through? All this shit is built around webcams and I can't find a peice of software that lets ME play the game fullscreen but streams a 320x240 feed to the web in the background. Oh, I can make the window big in FME, but it looks like shit without deinterlacing, and it lags like a mofo once it starts encoding.
Y-splitting the video cable to a TV is impossible. I'm not buying a small tv for my desk, nor do I want one on my desk to begin with. I know there's drivers out there that let you split webcams (webcammax, splitcam) but again, these are designed for cams, and have shit all options to properly run a capture card.
Any here familiar with the stuff that can show me the light? I've been at this all day and it's really frustrating!
